1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their first subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a refund.
  • Subscription Renewals: Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • Promotions & Discounts: Refunds are not available for any services purchased at discounted rates or during promotional periods unless otherwise specified.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@duskvpn.com with the following details:

  • Your account email address.
  • The reason for your refund request.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Violations of our Terms of Service, such as misuse of the service for illegal activities.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
  • Technical issues arising from a user’s device or internet service provider (ISP) that are beyond DuskVPN’s control.
  • Inactivity or failure to use the service during the subscription period.

4. Changes to the Refund Policy

DuskVPN reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and we will notify you of significant updates via email. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.

Payment Terms

The following Payment Terms govern all transactions made through the DuskVPN website. By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Processor

All payments made on DuskVPN are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store or manage your full payment details, such as credit card numbers. Stripe ensures that all payment information is encrypted and processed securely.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Subscription Plans: DuskVPN offers several subscription plans with different billing cycles (monthly, yearly). By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the associated subscription fees.
  • Automatic Renewal: All subscription plans are set to automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. You will be billed the current rate for the plan, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • Billing Date: Your billing date is based on the date you sign up for the subscription plan. Recurring charges will be processed on that date each billing cycle.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and debit cards via Stripe for all transactions. The accepted payment methods may vary based on your location and are subject to Stripe’s policies. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the subscription fees according to your selected plan.

4. Changes to Pricing

DuskVPN reserves the right to modify pricing for subscription plans at any time. If we adjust the price of your plan, we will provide advance notice via email. Continued use of the service after the price change indicates your acceptance of the new rates.

5. Cancellations

  • User-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your DuskVPN account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the end of your subscription period, but no refunds will be issued for unused time.
  • Non-Payment Cancellations: If we are unable to process a payment for your subscription (due to insufficient funds or expired credit card), we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. If payment is not received within 7 days, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment through your bank or credit card provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your DuskVPN account. Please contact us to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback.

7. Taxes

All fees for DuskVPN services are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other government charges imposed by your jurisdiction. If applicable, these taxes will be added to the total amount due at checkout.

8. Currency

All prices listed on our website are in USD. Transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees by your bank or card issuer if paying in a currency other than USD.
